THE ONE PERCENT TAX RETURN

Tax reform is desperately needed. Congress has allowed the IRS to fill the tax code with over 75,000 pages of loopholes for the “players who pay.” Politicians have proposed the fair tax and the flat tax reform. These are good ideas, but the only problem is the politicians. We the People cannot trust the politicians to reform the tax laws so that they are “fair” or “flat.”

Let me propose a THE ONE PERCENT TAX REFORM.  It is based on two principles: The first principle is that Congress must balance the budget and pay off the national debt.  A constitutional amendment must be added to the Constitution that states that Congress must live within the budget. If they don’t balance the budget and pay off the national debt, then they must forfeit 20% of their pay, the expense accounts, and benefits for each year they don’t.

My FED-UP article explains this.  We the People must demand politicians pass this amendment. Without a balanced budget amendment politicians will continue to promise reforms only to raise taxes.

The “Penney Plan” proposes to balance the budget within a decade.  If Congress would make that a “Two-Cent Plan” and use one cent to balance the budget and one cent to pay down the debt, then the debt could be paid off within 20 years.  The only hindrance to the Penny Plan is politicians!!!

The second principle is that every person and every company should pay a fair and reasonable tax.

To meet this demand, all loopholes must be closed. There should be no tax exemptions. NONE! 

Et tu, Brete?

Conservatives have been betrayed again. First, by Judge Judas Roberts—Second, by Benedict Boehner—And, now by Brutus Paul Ryan.

His televised speech was nothing more than another stab at the conservative movement—especially those conservatives who support either Trump or Cruz.  These two presidential candidates are bitterly hated by the Rhino Republican establishment. And Ryan, who once wore the coat of friendship to conservatives, has revealed his true colors.

Like all Rhinos, he scolded conservatives for their intolerant language. His double-edged words cut sharp and deep, revealing his true colors. Yet, he has been silent as liberals called conservatives racists and bigots. 

This election cycle has not only revealed the deep-seated disappointment of the conservatives. Conservatives are tired of talk!!! While Obama has decimated our economy, our healthcare, our military, and our freedoms, the Rhino Republicans have talked.  Conservatives elected them, not only to speak, but to act; and the Rhinos have failed miserably to act—to oppose Obama—to cut his funding.

This election cycle has revealed the deep-seated hatred of the “ruling-donor” class. K-Street lobbyists hate conservatives and feel that any true conservative reforms will ruin their gravy train.  By all means, we must “repay” the donors that grease the wheels of crony capitalism.

This election cycle has revealed that true conservatives have no real home in the Republican Party.  I believe it is time for conservatives realize that fact and form their own party.  Yet, that presents a huge problem. Until conservatives learn to fund and vote as a block the liberals and Rhinos will continue to divide and conquer. This website is dedicated to finding enough conservatives who can and will do just that!!!

The time is not right to leave the Rhinos to their own self-destruction. The time is right to think clearly—to fund carefully—and to vote consistently.  Hilary must be defeated and all conservatives must join forces to do just that.  However, beware of the Ides of March, beware of Brutus!!!

The Five Benefits of Benedict Boehner’s Betrayal

Speaker Boehner has betrayed true conservatives again!  For the umpteenth time! Yet, his betrayal has revealed some benefits that true conservatives can use to our advantage.  What are those benefits?

 First, Boehner’s betrayal exposes the disdain Republican have for the Tea Party.

Republicans mistreat the Tea Party conservatives. The Rhino Republicans despise the Tea Party conservatives. They do everything they can to discredit them, discourage them, disparage them, and, in effect defeat them.  With friends like this, who needs enemies! Why? The answer is simple: Rhinos are liberals.

The purpose of this blog is to expose lunatic liberals even if they are Rhinos in conservative clothing.  

Second, Boehner’s betrayal reveals a major weakness of the Tea Party.

The Tea Party members of Congress tried to depose Boehner as Speaker of the House, but were thwarted in their plans and punished for their efforts. .

The strength of the Tea Party is its numbers.  Most people in America are conservative by nature. Most people in America are tired of big, bloated government bureaucracies that are as beleaguered as extinct behemoths.  Most people in American are tired of trillion dollar deficit spending. Most people in America are fearful of the 18 trillion dollar debt and frustrated with the excuses politicians offer for not balancing the budget now.  Americans are tired of the high taxes and no return on their investment. TAXED ENOUGH ALREADY! That is the rallying cry of the TEA Party.

The weakness of the Tea Party is its organization. We have thousands of Tea Party groups but little cohesion—because it is truly a grassroots movement. Even more damaging is that some Tea Party groups have been subverted. In a nearby state the largest Tea Party group has been suborned by the powerful political machine of the politician who parades around the country as a strong conservative, but he is a Rhino. For example, he goes around the country condemning Common Core, yet in his own state he pushed Common Core upon the school when thousands of conservatives called on him to stop.[i]

This blog is dedicated to providing an efficient, effective way to organize. Best of all, there are no membership dues. Members don’t have to worry about IRS scrutiny because we are not applying for tax exempt status.  Free speech is tax exempt, and the internet provides the best method for organizing.

Vote D if…you want Deception, the Father of Destruction, to control Washington DC

The most fundamental relationships in life are destroyed by deception!

For example, marriage is destroyed by deception. What marriage can last when one partner continually deceives the other? How long will a marriage last, when one partner cheats on the other and constantly hides that behavior in a cloak of lies?  Why is the divorce rate in America over 50%? Deception! And what does the guilty party so often do? They falsely accuse their partner of doing what they are doing! They try to cover their deception with more lies!

It is a prescription for disaster, yet this is the political ploy being used by the Democrats. Deceive and cover their dastardly deeds with more lies and then smear the opposition with even more lies.

By the way, who is in the forefront of destroying the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA)?  Democrats, liberals, and Rhino Republicans!

The battle for homosexual rights won another victory in Arizona when Governor Brewer vetoed a bill that guaranteed the right of business owners to exercise their religious beliefs. The bill was an attempt to restore some lost religious freedoms.[i]

However, the homosexual rights advocates claimed it would give business owners the right to discriminate.[ii]  Besides using the age old technique of vilifying the enemy, the homosexual rights advocates threatened economic boycotts.[iii]  In addition, Eric Holder announced that the Justice Department will recognize that same-sex spouses should have the same legal rights as all other married couples.[iv]

The Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia, made headline news. Bob Costas made news when he described Russian Communism as a “pivotal experiment.”  PIVOTAL?  How about FAILED experiment!  How about DISASTROUS experiment!  This “experiment” cost around 50 million lives, plus millions sent to Siberia.[i] The Soviet Socialist experiment failed at every level to produce the “paradise” it had promised. So, great was the failure that a literary supporter wrote Animal Farm to ridicule the failures of the Russian experiment—the pigs are in control! The Russian “pivotal experiment” proved that Marxists are mad, Socialists are shams, and liberals are lunatic.

The Olympics at Sochi give a glimpse inside communism—where the water looks like urine and the bathrooms don’t work—and an elaborate fireworks display and closing ceremony conceal the “blessings of utopia.”  Every liberal should have to spend 10 years in a Russian gulag, 10 years in a Chinese slave shop, and 10 years in a Cuban hospital. Every American student should have to read Animal Farm and spend a semester studying the reality of communism.

Over the years many liberals have said that Jesus was a socialist/liberal and that the Bible teaches communism. Exactly, what does the Bible say about this “pivotal experiment” in history called socialism/communism/Marxism?

Without further ado, I am going to reveal the salient points and give some Biblical analysis.

Lone Survivor and the Rules of Engagement

The movie Lone Survivor brings into sharp focus the stupidity of liberal politicians who have never been on the front lines. An entire group of soldiers are wiped out, except for one lone survivor, because of the liberal rules of engagement.

These soldiers were sent on a mission, but the mission was compromised by some Afghan goat herders. The rules of engagement said that they were not enemy combatants and had to be set free. When released, these Afghans went immediately to warn the village, who sent out combatants to surround and kill them. A senseless tragedy caused by liberal ineptness.

Fortunately for the lone survivor, friendly Afghans saved this hero’s life. The rules of engagement should not be blind. They should recognize those friendly to our troops while at the same time countering the real threat.

Common sense would have tied each goat herder to the trees so that our men could have either completed their mission or returned to safety.

However, common sense in liberal politicians is as rare snow in Hades.

This year marks the 50^th anniversary of President Johnson’s War on Poverty.[i]  Does any student of history remember the 100 year war?  I wondered how stupid could people be—well… Johnson proved there is always a bigger idiot. His War on Poverty could last a thousand years if it doesn’t bankrupt America first.[ii]

There is no bigger idealistic idiot than someone who thinks mankind can solve poverty. Entering the ring at 2 trillion pounds of hubris—Barrack Obama with his plan to create “Promise Zones.”[iii]  And—how much will these zones cost? Can anyone say “TRILLIONS?”  The government already spends one trillion dollars annually on 80 programs designed to defeat poverty.[iv]  Will more government spending really end poverty?

Since Johnson’s declaration of war, the government has spent over 20 trillion dollars to wipe out poverty.[v]  Strangely, the rate of poverty has not gone down, although spending has gone up.[vi]

So, what does the Bible have to say about poverty?

Unintended Consequences

Many articles have been written about the unintended consequences of Obamascare.[i] Five million people, like me, have lost their insurance—which we liked.  Millions have lost a good doctor—and I wish I could have kept mine. Can you imagine the consternation of the cancer patients who have lost their insurance coverage?  They face months of doctor bills without insurance, and they must navigate a questionable website.

The horror stories of Obamascare are like Mt. Vesuvius—literally destroying millions of lives—and the news media ignores the eruption.  Will they scream when their employer provided policies are cancelled next year?

Volunteer fire departments’ futures hang in the balance because Obamascare says they must provide insurance, but they cannot afford it.[ii]

Americorp teachers lose their coverage…and it was government insurance.[iii]

Millions of unintended consequences!

On the other side of the equation, entrepreneurs are finding affordable and legal ways around Obamascare.  One interesting development is concierge doctor services.

During the 3-1/2 years of World War 2 that started with the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor in December 1941 and ended with the Surrender of Germany and Japan in 1945, the U.S. produced; 22 aircraft carriers, 8 battleships, 48 cruisers, 349 destroyers, 420 destroyer escorts, 203 submarines, 34 million tons of merchant ships, 100,000 fighter aircraft, 98,000 bombers, 24,000 transport aircraft, 58,000 training aircraft, 93,000 tanks, 257,000 artillery pieces, 105,000 mortars, 3,000,000 machine guns, and 2,500,000 military trucks.

We put 16.1 million men in uniform in the various armed services, invaded Africa, invaded Sicily and Italy, won the battle for the Atlantic, planned and executed D-Day, marched across the Pacific and Europe, developed the atomic bomb and ultimately conquered Japan and Germany.

It's worth noting, that during the almost exact amount of time, the Obama administration couldn't build a functioning web site.

Last week the story of the Catholic nuns—Little Sisters of the Poor—made headline news.[i]  The nuns are suing the Obama administration because the Obamascare law mandates that they, as employers, must offer their employees birth control, which violates their faith and conscience. These nuns will be forced to pay draconian fines if they refuse to comply with the law.[ii]

The Obamascare law is a clear illustration of the Bible truth about conscience versus government.

Tyranny Needs a Tea Party

Mark Levin talks about soft tyranny and gives examples in his book Liberty and Tyranny.[i] However, Obamascare is hard tyranny. It is tyranny greater than our founding fathers faced with the taxation of their tea. Imagine their outrage if King George had ordered them to buy only “King George Tea” at twice the price and half the quality.

The federal government under Obama has dictated what Americans can and cannot do. The tyrant says that you can no longer buy incandescent light bulbs.[ii] That is only example of Obama-tyranny. The EEOC edict protects criminals.[iii]  The EPA uses abusive lawsuits to get their way.[iv] The IRA abuses their power and threatens the Tea Party movement.[v] Not to mention the unknown NSA abuse of power to listen to every American’s phone calls.[vi] These are just a few of a long list of abuses.

But the most outrageous dictatorial decree is that every American must buy a health insurance policy—not just any insurance policy, but only an Obamascare policy.[vii]  If this hard-core, tyrannical edict if left to stand, if the American people do not rise up in opposition, then We the People can expect many more dictatorial edicts with far more devastating effects than Obamascare.

Where is the outrage?

The lunatic liberal left has felt empowered to force their will upon the rest of America because their president—the tyrant-in-chief—has essentially been making his will the law of the land. Almost every day, he has changed the healthcare law to fit his political agenda.

Obama has used presidential fiat through bureaucratic regulations to by-pass Congress and the will of the people.  He has forced the “nuclear option” in the Senate so that he and liberals can dictate their will through the Federal court system.

Where are the Rhino Republicans? Where is Congress? What has happened to the Constitution? Where is Chief Justice Judas?

          Those of my generation may remember Bam-Bam from the Flintstone’s cartoon.  Bam-Bam was Barney Rubble’s son.  He destroyed everything he touched—Bam-Bam. He was a one child wrecking crew. No one could destroy more in less time UNTIL…Obam—bama.

          Obam—bama…and the strongest economic engine in the world is barely sputtering along…This “recovery” is called the “new normal.” Ain’t it grand!

          Obam—bama…and the inflation and unemployment rates go through the roof. The real rates have consistently stayed far above 10%.  Gas prices alone have remained consistently around $3.50 with so indication of a shutdown. This is the greatest unseen tax upon the poor and middle class. And it’s Bush’s fault?

          Obam—bama…and the national debt skyrockets to $17 trillion. The lying, lunatic liberals say we don’t have a debt problem. Oh, really! Oops! There goes another debt ceiling!

          Obam—bama…and the best healthcare system in the world is gone. For decades, millions around the world came to America to receive the best healthcare. Now, Americans are traveling the world searching for “affordable” healthcare.

A battle rages to replace those words with “We the Government” and the only hope of stopping the coming tyranny is—“We the People.”

          The Constitution has been trampled by the Obama administration almost every day.[i] The President deliberately defies the will of the people and disregards the limitations of the Constitution.[ii] Liberals have announced their plans to change the Constitution from a Charter of Negative Liberties into a positive Bill of Government Rights.[iii] However, only one voice can stop the domination of the Lying, Lunatic, Liberal Left…We the People.

          Ted Cruz has taken a stand to stop the Obamacare “train wreck”[iv] of abusive autocracy, but the liberals and Rhinos opposed him. Only one civil force can stop the liberal lunacy…We the People.

Obama Fiddles While Benghazi Burns

Not since Nero fiddled while Rome burned has a politician taken the lowest road to blaming everyone but himself, but Obama has. While four brave Americans were killed, Obama fiddled. Rather than sending immediate help, the derelict president decided to blame a lame video.

          The details are finally coming out thanks to Fox News. Evidently authorities were watching in real time, while Obama was fiddling. Evidently the security forces requested help, but where told to “stand down” while Obama fiddled. Evidently, the brave CIA team asked authorities three times if they could go help the ambassador, but were told to “stand down.” These men disregarded orders and died trying to help while Obama fiddled.

          This article will be short and to the point. There is but one question for the President. In the words of those seeking to impeach President Nixon, “Mr. President, what did you know and when did you know it?” 

          Here is the point: Mr. President, it is your responsibility. You are the commander-in-chief. The buck stops at your office. You sat in the situation room when Osama was killed. Where were you when these four Americans were dying?

          The Watergate scandal was a black mark upon American politics, but not one person died. In Benghazi, the blood soaked scene cries out for judgment. Not only against the perpetrators of this terrorist act, but also for whoever was in authority and received the cries for help, but instead chose to order forces to “stand down” while the president “fiddled.”

What did you know and when did you know it? If you were still in the dark when you told the U.N. it was the fault of a film, then you are totally incompetent. If you knew, did nothing, and decided to cover up your mistake, then you are criminally negligent. Mr. President, you should “stand down.”

Mr. President, don’t insult the American people’s intelligence any longer. Answer this question honestly. No more deceit! No more bald-faced lies!

Mr. President, what did you know and when did you know it? The truth will set you free!
